3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp ground coriander
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tsp sweet paprika
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix olive oil, coriander, salt, cumin and paprika into the ground beef with your hands.
By rolling the meat in between your hands, form 16 sausage-shaped patties—about 2 oz each—and insert a skewer into each one.
Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet and cook the patties in 2 batches
over medium high heat, turning once (5-6 minutes per side).
Rest them on a paper towel to let the oil drain.
