Ingredients


Cranberry Glaze

  • 3/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 TB brown sugar
  • 1 TB Worcestershire sauce

 Meatloaf

  • 2 lbs SunFed Ranch Organic Ground Beef
  • 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 TB Dijon
  • 2 TB Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce

Instructions


Cranberry Glaze

  1. Mix sauce ingredients together and set aside

Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Combine meatloaf ingredients
  3. Press into 9×5 loaf pan
  4. Brush half of the cranberry glaze over the meatloaf
  5. Bake 45 minutes and brush more glaze over the top as needed
  6. Bake another 15-25 minutes, until cooked through
  7. Let rest 10 minutes
