Ingredients
Meatloaf
2 lbs SunFed Ranch grass fed ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
⅓ cup whole milk
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp ketchup
1 tsp chopped thyme
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp kosher salt
½ tsp black pepper
Bacon (to taste)
Glaze
¼ cup ketchup
1 tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
Sautee onion and garlic in a skillet with olive oil until lightly browned.
Stir breadcrumbs and milk together in a bowl. Mix in sauteed onions and garlic, egg, ketchup, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, bacon, salt, and pepper.
Add ground beef to the bowl and mix it all together with your hands until evenly combined.
Form ground beef into a 9×5 loaf pan.
Place the loaf pan in a shallow pan filled with water. Cook in a 375* oven for 45 minutes.
Now to make the glaze: mix ketchup, brown sugar and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
After 45 minutes, brush the meatloaf with your glaze and bake an additional 25 minutes.
