With a little help from your trusty grill pan, you’ve got a juicy, beefy, flavorful meal that goes from grates to plate in just minutes (yea, minutes). A fresh, herb-filled sauce rounds it all out.

Ingredients
1 (1/2-pound) SunFed Ranch Hanger Steak
1 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
2 garlic cloves
2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried hot red-pepper flakes
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2/3 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt & ¼ teaspoon pepper
EQUIPMENT:
A large 2-burner ridged grill pan, preferably cast-iron
Instructions
Remove the steak from fridge 30 minutes before you’ll be grilling it.
Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat for 5-10 min.
Lightly oil pan, pat steaks dry and sprinkle with ¼ teaspoon salt and pepper.
Grill steaks 4-6 minutes total for medium-rare, turning occasionally.
Transfer to a platter and let stand 5 minutes.
While steaks are grilling, purée remaining ingredients with 3/4 teaspoon salt in a blender until smooth.
Serve steaks with sauce & know that you’re living your best life.
