Ingredients


  • 4 ounces (or so) leftover SunFed Ranch strip, filet mignon, or sirloin steak, sliced against the grain
  • 4 cups tender greens such as arugula, spinach, or baby kale
  • 2 Tablespoons of Balsamic vinegar dressing
  • Shaved parmesan cheese
  • Kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper

Instructions


  1. Remove leftover steak from fridge
  2. Cut steak (against the grain) into bite-sized slices
  3. Place slices on top of the greens and cheese, in a bowl or plate
  4. Drizzle with dressing
  5. Season with salt and pepper
  6. Enjoy a lifetime of bliss
