Ingredients
4 ounces (or so) leftover SunFed Ranch strip, filet mignon, or sirloin steak, sliced against the grain
4 cups tender greens such as arugula, spinach, or baby kale
2 Tablespoons of Balsamic vinegar dressing
Shaved parmesan cheese
Kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Remove leftover steak from fridge
Cut steak (against the grain) into bite-sized slices
Place slices on top of the greens and cheese, in a bowl or plate
Drizzle with dressing
Season with salt and pepper
